I was clinically diagnosed with a disorder that I never knew I would ever have. It’s not depression and anxiety and my 2019 advocacy is spread awareness to stop the social stigma.
A panic attack goes from 0 to 100 in an instant. It’s halfway between feeling like you’ll faint and feeling like you’ll die.
To live a good life, you have to keep living it. It doesn’t always come out well. Enjoy the good times, but cherish the bad times too.
Every girl has this male friend who is just a friend but the whole universe thinks he is not just a friend. Every girl needs a guy best friend to help her laugh when she thinks she can never smile again. Yes, my best friend is a guy. No, we aren’t deeply in love. No, we’re not dating, but he’s still mine.
Live in the moment no matter how painful or confusing, because one day you will be strong and happy, and “right now” will only be just a memory.
