Dear Readers, first of all thank you all for consistently following this blog. I highly appreciate it and you inspire me to write more and more each day. I know most of you send me messages for my recipes, I get flooded each time I post something on Facebook MyDay. I decided not to write the rest of them on the top of this post as that would probably be 20 or more recipe inquiries I have received within the last few weeks. Second of all, I have a good news! I have finally compiled some of the easiest recipes I have written so far, so you wouldn’t have to find it on my mountains of recipes on the recipe section of this website. But of course, you are free to browse through that area, but on this post, I have made everything easily available for you. I have written here some salad sides, soups, pasta, main course dishes, and desserts which you can enjoy with your families even on your busy schedules. I have also written some of my plant-based recipes since I have been on this diet for quite some time. If somehow you feel uncomfortable and find kitchen tasks intimidating for you, that’s not a problem. Most of my recipes are pretty much straight-forward. Nothing too technical on this compilation. I promise. All you have to do is click on the dish name and it will take you to the recipe links. Enjoy and Happy Cooking!
