Lemonade is good for us! It’s very rich in Vitamin C and it is very refreshing. I try my best not to consume boxed or bottled fruit juices which are packed with nasty sugars, so I make my juices and smoothies from real fruits. This easy beverage is what you need to boost your immune system and digestion.

Preparation Time: 5 mins. 


  • 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 cup/glass of cold water
  • 3 pcs. mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar or honey (or no sugar would be fantastic)

Just mix everything together in a tall glass and add ice. Enjoy!~
