I AM A BIG PASTA FAN! On big days, on busy dinner nights, on casual dining, we always have pasta on the table. What’s not to love right? It’s easy, it’s flavorful, and you can experiment on endless ingredients to put on your pasta. If I don’t have the time to cook, I always order pasta anywhere, from mainstream fast food chains, from middle to high end restaurants, or from online business, name it. Most often than not, I have already tried it.

When I came around this business page, I was just excited to try all flavors. It’s always a thought for me. I can cook pasta, but why is it that when the pasta is ordered from another place, it is more tasty. Is it just me? Or Pasta Mama just did it really well!

THE MENU

Pasta Mama has three flavors on the menu, Spanish Sardines, Pasta Puttanesca, and Italian Garlic. It’s not your usual spaghetti with red sauce, meat, and lots of cheese. Pasta Mama’s version is more on the Italian style, all made with fresh ingredients and herbs and spices.

PASTA PUTTANESCA

Is an Italian pasta dish that basically consists of capers, olives, tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. This is included in Pasta Mama’s menu at P800 for a regular tray, good for 3-4 pax and P1350 for a large tray, good for 6-8 pax. If you’re bored of the usual tomato sauce pasta, this would be your next favorite go-to pasta dish.

SPANISH SARDINES PASTA

Made with tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, and Spanish sardines, this is what I usually cook on a busy work night. It has always been my favorite pasta dish as it is convenient to cook. Pasta Mama’s version is well-balanced, just the right saltiness from the olives, and less the fishy taste from the sardines. It is a good combination of flavors in a spoonful (or shall I say forkful).  Get this for P700 regular tray, and P1150 for a large tray.

ITALIAN GARLIC

I love Italian Sausages. I love pasta. I love garlic. I love basil. This dish is everything I love in one go. This is my new found favorite, who would have thought that Italian sausages can be a good accompaniment to pasta? Pasta Mama just did a very good job on this! That very al dente pasta, seasoned with fresh herbs, olive oil, and mixed with Italian sausages. Just the right balance to make it a perfect pasta dish. You gotta try it! At P750 regular tray, and large tray for P1,200, I promise, it’s something to feed your pasta cravings!
