According to F&B Report, “it looks like the bubble tea craze isn’t going anywhere soon—at least, according to GrabFood data that states bubble tea orders in Southeast Asia saw a 3,000 percent growth rate in 2018. In the Philippines alone, orders increased by 3,500 percent from June to December 2018.” Since the first branch of Milk Tea came in the Philippines in 2008, we have since then become avid fans of the popular drink. The milk tea obsession is far from over! And so, a lot of milk tea joints have come up with their own versions to upscale their brands over the others.
One brand that does this the best is Fizsmo, a milk tea joint in Makati City. They have created their own signature flavors that will truly captivate a true Milk Tea lover.
FIZSMO FLAVORS AND SERIES
BASIC
Of course, the basic milk tea flavors will always be a part of any milk tea store. They have Classic, Wintermelon, Okinawa, and another addition to the family is the Belgian Dark Chocolate. Each cup has pearls, or you can choose from a variety of add-ons like Blueberry Jam, Cheesecake, Crushed Oreo, Egg Pudding, Nata, Nutella, Strawberry Jam, or the usual Tapioca Pearls (Boba).
CHEESECAKE SERIES
Fizsmo’s Cheesecake Series is not like the usual “just add cheesecake” on to the cup. Fizsmo’s version is more grand as each cup is coated with Cheesecake wallings. Something you can actually taste in every sip. You have four cheesecake flavors to choose from the menu. They have Blueberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Nutella Cheesecake, and Oreo Cheesecake.
LATTE SERIES
This is Fizmo’s Signature Latte Series, which you probably cannot find in any other Milk Tea shops. You would probably see something similar, but definitely not the same as these. The Latte Series has four flavors on the menu. Nutella Matcha Latte is a blend of Nutella Chocolate, Matcha, Fresh Milk, and Tapioca Pearl. Sakura Chocolate Latte is a blend of Dark Chocolate, Sakura Strawberry, Fresh Milk, Nutella Spread, Sakura Strawberry Milk Foam, and Tapioca Pearls. Strawberry Matcha Latte, a 4-layered blend of Strawberry Jam, Matcha Milk Tea, Fresh Milk, and Pearls. Lastly, Thai Pinky Milk (Nom Yen) is a blend of Salacca Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Fresh Milk, and Tapioca Pearls.
The price range is not too pricey as it ranges from P50 to P90 per cup.
