This year’s holiday celebrations won’t be the same, as we don’t get to throw big parties with our families and loved ones. The pandemic has taken over most of our occasions, and as much as we want to be with our family and friends, the only way we can somehow compensate with the absence is by sending over gifts. Truly, no one and nothing can ever get in the way of the holiday spirit. Gift-giving will always be there.

I can only think of one thing. The best gift I could probably send someone is by having something sweet delivered right at their doorstep. It may be a birthday cake to blow, a surprise cake for a baby or bridal shower, a celebration cake, Christmas giveaway, or let’s just say a “Keep safe” cake. Name it! Paddle & Whisk would surely have it!

A delight in every bite. Paddle & Whisk’s version of Caramel Cake is very light and fluffy. This cake is very well balanced as the caramel icing gives the chiffon a moist and sugary lift.

Every spoonful is rich with dark chocolate goodness. It’s simple, not too sweet, and not overwhelming.

Red Velvet Cake has become a fan-favorite in the past years, and until now, people still look for it in every specialty cake stores. Paddle and Whisk’s version not only nailed the popping deep red color, but it is also fluffy, soft, buttery, rich, and has the perfect blend of cocoa and just the right amount frosting. Every bit of this cake is a masterpiece.

UBE CAKE

There are only a handful of cake shops that can make a perfect Ube Cake, and Paddle & Whisk is one of them. For some, well-balanced ube flavor is very hard to achieve as it comes out either too sweet or too bland. But Paddle & Whisk’s version tastes just as good as it looks.

DARK CHOCOLATE COOKIES WITH PECAN AND MACADAMIA NUTS

The best thing about these cookies is that it doesn’t taste commercialized. It’s the flavor of holidays, the taste is a bit nostalgic as it reminds you of a very comfortable after-school snack, just perfect with a glass of milk. It’s just really good, perfect for holiday giveaways.
